Web links

A digital teacher spends most of her time researching for ideas for her lessons from the internet, looking through all kinds of websites to get lesson plans, games, visuals and many more.

Sometimes it is hard to find good, valid, up-to-date and credible websites.

Here are some links to amazing websites that I usually use for my lesson plans.

I hope you will benefit from them :)

www.sharemylesson.com

This is one of the best websites I have found and use, where teachers from all around the world post and share their lesson plans for all different grade levels and in all subjects.

You can share and download documents for free after registering through google account or Facebook. (It is a very easy and simple process.) It also provides links and documents for professional development. You can either use the lesson plans as they are or just get some ideas for activities and games to make your class less boring and more interactive.

www.elementalblogging.com

This website is for elementary science teachers, it provides free printable activity sheets in specific science lessons.

This website provides free activity ideas for all teachers, it includes videos, songs, games and activities for different subjects and different grade levels. These activities will help you develop fun and exciting lessons for your students.

This picture is an example of one of the games you can do while teaching the periodic table in science class.
It would be a fun way to reemphasize what the students have learned and this way they can review the lesson.

www.pinterest.com

Do you wish to have a place online where you can save all the websites you like and links you want to look at but don't have time and wish you can look at them later? Pinterest is the website to go to! The best part is that you can register for free!

It provides all kinds of ideas and creative activities that are posted by other people all around the wrold and links to other websites. You can save the link (pin it) and also you can create boards according to different topics to organize your ideas. It helps teachers to be creative in creating their lessons and gives ideas for projects and visual material. (For more information about this website visit the digital learning page where I explain more in details about how to use this website).
